What would you do if you found a large sum of money?

Would you hand a large sum of money into the police?

It has been reported that a cleaner found more than £300,000 cash in a brown envelope on a London bus and handed it in.

The money was left on the bus by a forgetful passenger. The honest cleaner found it and handed it in to police. The cleaner who works for Cordant Cleaners could have been set up for life but she made the decision to do the right thing.

Cleaners find many strange and disgusting things.

There are reports of cleaners finding many strange things a deep fryer was left on a Leeds bus. They find many used pregnancy tests, sex toys, soiled nappies and even dirty knickers ugh.

The most revolting was a used tampon which was tied to a handrail and a large fresh animal heart under a seat.

The boss is shocked when his cleaners tell him about the disgusting things they find. He praised their good humour and dedication. Finding the money must have seemed like a dream compared to what they usually find.

Finding cash can present a moral dilemma.

What would you do if you found a large sum of money? Would you hand it all over to the police, or keep some for yourself? Maybe you would keep all the cash and not tell anybody.
