With HQ in the UK and a global presence, they are looking for a talented lawyer with c.
2 years’ PQE or more to join the Legal & Compliance function, which is currently being built out.
You will provide advice to the Founders and other stakeholders on all legal matters (except procurement) as well as draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, licencing agreeements, management information and policies.
You will build upon the existing legal and compliance framework and proactively identify and manage risk.
You will have at least 2 years’ relevant PQE working for/in start-up, innovative businesses in the fintech/tech/financial services areas.
Reporting to the Co-Founder, you will have an “intrapreneurial” mind-set, a practical ‘hands-on’ approach along with passion for innovation in the corporate landscape, financial services and tech.
