By Police still hunting murderer one year on from fatal stabbing
Humberside Police are still tracking down a murderer one year after the fatal stabbing of Corey Dobbe.
Corey, 23, was found injured on Harleston Close, on the night of 13 June 2021 and died a short time later.
Moise Djuku has been the focus of a year-long manhunt, with a £5,000 reward being offered to help locate him.
A nationwide appeal on BBC crimewatch was launched but so far Moise has evaded police.
The Senior Investigating Officer (SIO) Detective Chief Inspector Alan Curtis said: “Throughout the past year, detectives have worked tirelessly around the clock on this investigation, following up on all lines of enquiry provided to us.
“I want to sincerely thank all those who have contacted us and provided information. This has all gone to help us to gather intelligence to support our investigation.
“There has been a huge police operation to investigate this murder and our main focus remains on locating Moise Djuku who we suspect has vital information.
“Moise Djuku is out there somewhere, and I welcome any information that would help us locate him.
“I want to help Corey’s grieving family get justice for his senseless killing.
“The wanted appeal for Moise Djuku has been aired on BBC Crimewatch and shared across the country and a £10K Crimestoppers reward remains in place for information that leads to his arrest. If you wish to claim this reward, please call Crimestoppers directly and give them any information you have to help us find him.
