NELC showcases ‘Unique’ spaces available for businesses
NELC has posted several locations to be used for concession stalls, showing vacancies available for vendors.
The locations would be available to be leased for concession stands, with those needing to obtain planning permission, and would feature a single ‘vehicle’ or ‘stall’.
The locations included are the North Prom, The Boating Lake car park, and Marine Walk car park- these locations are tourist-friendly and have regular footfall.
The Council has posted on its website showcasing the locations and information.
The sites would be suitable for new businesses and established ones, the sites have been described as ‘unique’ and ‘tourist-friendly’.
The notice of locations available posted on the NELC website reads:
“Thinking of starting your own business or having an established concession?
“Uses for the spaces could include the provision of food or desserts, retail and leisure stalls. Each site comprises a plot of land capable of locating a single vehicle or stall, and lease amounts vary.
“The spaces available are at the following locations:
- North Prom, near Wonderland
- Boating Lake car park, between Tropical World and Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway
- Marine Walk car park (near Buck Beck bridge)
“Uses for the spaces could include the provision of food or desserts, retail and leisure stalls. Each site comprises a plot of land capable of locating a single vehicle or stall, and lease amounts vary.
“Anyone interested in taking on one of the concessions will be required to obtain their planning consent for the intended use of each space.
