About the Role – English Teacher:
As an English Teacher you will be responsible for the planning of exciting and engaging lessons which you will deliver to students across KS3 and KS4. There may the opportunity to teach some A Level English. You will work closely with colleagues within the English department, ensuring that students are achieving their full potential. Marking will be required, enabling the teacher to plan accordingly for future lessons.
You will be:
- A Qualified Teacher (with QTS).
- Experienced in delivering English lessons across all abilities.
- Must have previously worked in Special Needs sector.
- Confident in teaching English up to GCSE (A Level is desirable, but not essential).
- A team player who work closely with the department to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
Term Time Teachers are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, therefore all applicants will be subject to a full face-to-face registration and an Enhanced DBS (Formerly known as CRB).
