Hays are working exclusively with a Secondary School in Sheffield who are looking to appoint a Teacher of French on a permanent basis from January 2021
The school is Ofsted “good” with excellent facilities and an outstanding professional development programme.
Your new role
You still start by teaching a majority of KS3 classes. and then KS3 and KS4 over time.
The role can either be 3 days a week, 4 days a week or full time.
If full time, you will have a mixed timetable and will be asked to support other classes on cover from time to time.
(you will still be paid full time on a teaching salary)
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have QTS and relevant teaching experience. The post is open to experienced teachers and NQTs.
If you are an NQT, the school will support you through your induction year.
What you’ll get in return
This is a permanent contract working directly for the school. All holidays, benefits and pensions are in line with normal Teacher pay and benefits.
