Heinz baby food recalled.
Several products of Heinz baby food are being recalled because metal fragments have been found in tampered jars. Heinz and Tesco are recalling voluntarily all 7+months of Heinz by Nature baby food range.
The decision was made to recall the jars after discovering that a single jar of baby food had been tampered with. Two sharp metal fragments were found in the jar. It is only the jars in the 7+range that were purchased from Tesco that are affected.
The same product from other retail stores are not affected.
