Nursery leaders have warned that more young children are lashing out and biting. Because parents do not have enough time to talk or read to them.
It has been suggested that Spending to much time in front of screens and the pressure on parents, can leave young children struggling to communicate and unable to express their emotions.
Because of this, it has left frustrated youngsters to bite other children or nursery staff.
Of those questioned 62 percent said that they often have to deal with children biting in their nurseries. Children tend to bite when they have not got the language to express their emotions.
