By The family of a man who died in hospital nine days after an alleged assault in Hull have today released his name and a photograph of him.
Scott McKay, 41, from Hull passed away on Monday 15 July. He had been brought into hospital with head injuries following an incident on Buckingham Street that happened around 10.30pm on Saturday 6 July.
Jason Shreeve, 41, of Barnsley Street in Hull and Luke Steven Hainsworth, 29, of Elder Avenue in Hull were charged with attempted murder prior to Mr McKay’s death.
Mr McKay’s name and photograph are being released today to encourage anyone with any further information to come forward which could help with this investigation.
