Humberside Police cordoned off part of Rutland Street last night.
Residents were evacuated by Humberside Police last night when they surrounded a property in Rutland Street. A section of the street was cordoned off.
Police are believed to have surrounded a property in Rutland Street where a man was attacking them with missiles and a rear window of a police car is believed to have been smashed.
The man is thought to have attempted to climb on to the roof, and then gone back inside and thrown a television out of the window.
Police removed the man from the property and he was arrested and taken in to police custody. While continuing to shout abuse.
