After a dramatic night with recounts and shocks, the Tory’s for the first time in the history of North East Lincolnshire have full control over the Council and it’s decisions.
The result:
Tories on 23 seats
Labour 14 seats
Lib Dems 4 seats
UKIP 1 seat.
