CALL CENTRE ADVISOR
Nouvo Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global distributor who deliver a first class service for some well-known companies.
They are currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Advisor to join their team to manage a number of allocated accounts.
The Role
¶úTo answer incoming customer calls
¶úAnswer and customer queries/questions (with full training)
¶úDay to day contact with customers
¶úGeneral administrative duties
About You
¶úExcellent attention to detail
¶úConfident telephone manner
¶úGreat communication skills, both written and verbal
¶úTeam player
¶úExtremely organised
Working Hours
¶úRotating shift pattern Monday to Friday 08:00 ?? 16:30, 09:00 ?? 17:30 or 09:30 ?? 18:00
