We are looking for 360degree Recruitment Consultants, able to manage both client and candidate relationships. Bringing on new business and identifying quality, high calibre candidates. To succeed you will need to be:
* Driven and passionate
* Customer focused – providing excellence in customer care
* Have excellent client relationship building skills. Consultative approach
* Strong business development / sales ability
* Organised and self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent client facing / presentation skills.
