Dewey Group have an exciting opportunity with a key client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager based in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
* Identify unacceptable terms and conditions and negotiate contracts with clients and employers
* Identify unacceptable wording in bonds, warranties, and other guarantees
* Liaise with the customer, representatives, and other 3rd parties on commercial issues, including the agreement of additional monies
* Value management for projects
* Cost management for project
* Recording of change and allocation of responsibility
* Risk and opportunity management for project
* Procurement for project
* Financial reporting for the project
The ideal candidate will have previous piling experience, but it not essential.
Candidates must have strong NEC & JCT contractual knowledge.
The successful candidates will receive:
