Our client, an engineering company based in the Manchester area, is looking for an experienced Armature Winder/Fitter to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Applicants must be time served in a repair company and have previous experience of carrying out rewinding and fitting of low voltage electric motors. Applicants must also be able to read and formulate diagrams and winding data.
The successful applicant will be responsible for winding, dismantling, reporting, fault finding, reassembling and testing electric motors mainly low voltage.
This is a day shift position with overtime at x1.5 and x2.
This is a 6 month temporary to permanent with regular overtime available.
