JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+

THE ROLE:
The dedicated residential property team of this Top 200 law firm has identified the need for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their thriving team in Cambridge. Providing high quality advice, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be working within a reputable team and be gaining exposure to a varied caseload of residential property transactions. The role will include you advising on all types of residential matters including sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, new-builds, mortgages and assents and variety of other residential transactions.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who have a demonstrable background in dealing with the broad remit of residential property work and managing their own caseload of residential property transactions. You will possess the ability to draft documents with due care and accuracy as well as assist other members of the team on the day to day running of a caseload.
