Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) still searching to gain a permanent placement?

Across the County, we deal with various schools, ranging from small ½ form entry schools in idyllic village settings to large three form entry schools located within lively towns.
Newly Qualified Teachers are able to bring motivation, hunger and new teaching methods into the classroom. We are looking for NQTs with the following attitudes;
- Possess a can-do, positive, and confident attitude.
- Knowledge of the practices and values of successful learning and teaching in the classroom.
- Capable of establishing routines and disciplinary strategies by following the schools own behaviour policies.
- A good team player so that you are able to work closely with fellow staff members and ultimately can maximise students learning together.
