By Popular Freeman Street pub cordoned off by police
A police cordon is currently in place around the Freeman Arms in Grimsby as a number of police vehicles remain in the area.
It is unclear as to why police are in the area but three patrol cars and a van remain in the proximity of the Freeman Arms.
The Freeman Street pub has been surrounded by police tape on all sides but Freeman Street remains open to traffic at this time.
Patrol cars were seen in the streets surrounding the pub as well as on Freeman Street itself earlier thsi morning but no further information has been released. As of this time there are no scenes of crime investigators present.
Humberside Police have been contacted for a statement.
