Devastating aftermath of Colin Avenue caravan fire
A caravan has been left completely destroyed after a terrifying blaze on Colin Avenue, Grimsby last night (28 April).
Crews from Humberside Fire & Rescue were called to the scene at 5.30 pm to extinguish the blaze after members of the public raised the alarm.
Footage and eyewitness reports began flooding in as dark plumes of smoke stretched into the air while the huge blaze burned the caravan to ash.
Many were quick to share their horror and hope that no one had been hurt in the fire, with some stating they could see the smoke as far as Sydney Park.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown but thankfully no one is believed to have been hurt.
Humberside Police and Humberside Fire and Rescue have both been contacted for a statement.
