By Driver shortage continues forcing multiple buses to be cancelled
More buses have been cancelled today in Grimsby and Cleethorpes as Stagecoach continues to struggle with staff shortages.
In recent months, multiple buses each day have been cancelled by Stagecoach, prompting anger amongst locals who have been left waiting up to half an hour for a bus to show.
Cancellations are posted each morning to Stagecoach East Midlands Twitter, and buses can be tracked live on the Stagecoach app.
Back in November of last year, stagecoach told Gi Media they would be making short term changes to the timetable while they tackled their staffing issue, but months later the situation hasn’t improved.
Although the Stagecoach app provides a live map of bus routes, many have reported buses turning up late or just not turning up at all.
