Police appeal for man after ‘racially abusive’ incident in Grimsby shop

A Humberside Police appeal has been released, in a statement, regarding an incident that took place in a shop on Pasture Street, Grimsby.

The incident is understood to have taken place inside the premises, on Friday 27 May, and it is said the man entered the shop, and began racially abusing a member of staff, whilst throwing items at them.

In their statement, Humberside Police said:

“Do you recognise this man?

“We would like to speak to him in connection with an incident that occurred in a shop on Pasture Street, Grimsby, on Friday 27 May.

“It is reported that a man entered the shop and was racially abusive to a member of staff, before throwing an item towards them.

“If you are the man in the image, or know who he is, please contact us on 101, quoting log 344 of 27 May.”
