By GTFC announce next season’s kit in glorious style
Grimsby Town Football Club have revealed next season’s kit in style.
This year, Town have gone above and beyond with the social media promotion, a notion evidenced in today’s (30 June) 2022/2023 kit announcement.
Earlier in the week, Mairner social media timelines were flooded with kit teasers, highlighting the “finer details” of the new jerseys to whet fans’ appetites for today.
In a cinematic visual, the club posted a short video of the kit in action under the lights at Blundell Park.
Then, a series of stills, released by GTFC and myenergi, highlight the kit in full view which left supporters full of excitement.
Fan favourite and local lad Harry Cliffton was pictured posing in the new shirt, accompanied by a matte black backdrop to really make the jersey pop!
Sticking to tradition Mariners will, of course, wear black and white stripes next season whilst exciting new sponsor myenergi have their name across the chest of the shirt.
Following the announcement, fans said the kit “looked great” and they “loved it.”
“Absolute classic”, added another excited Mariner.
The home shirt will be available online from tomorrow (1 July) and in-store from Saturday (2 July)
