Grimsby Institute takes over Docks Beers to showcase new talent
Supporting the next generation of musical talent, Docks Academy will be ‘taken over’ by students of the Grimsby Institute for a one-off event that gives a platform to the students and allows them to perform in an established venue.
At this free event, which is open to all, the students will perform in front of a crowd and gain essential stage experience.
The evening will feature six bands of various styles and genres, and music will range from covers of popular rock and indie tracks to the students’ original music.
Docks Academy is delighted to be supporting the young music students of GIFHE and hopes our regular gig-goers will support this night of emerging North East Lincolnshire talent.
