Police appeal after senseless vandalism overnight 

Humberside Police are appealing for information following several reports of vandalism overnight. 

Overnight, Owston Ferry, North Lincolnshire, suffered several acts of senseless and unnecessary vandalism. 

Numerous windows to homes in the village were smashed and black spray was used to damage parked vehicles. 

The incidents are believed to have taken place between 10:15pm to 10:45pm on 24 May. 

As a result, Humberside Police are now appealing for information that may assist with their investigations. 

“Should anyone have any information or have witnessed anyone acting suspiciously either on foot or in a vehicle, then please contact Humberside police and quote reference number 22000007707”, the forced said in a statement. 

CCTV enquiries are currently ongoing.
