Armed police surround Grimsby property 

Armed police have surrounded a Grimsby property. 

Armed Humberside Police officers have surrounded a property on Rutland Street, Grimsby. 

Additionally, a dog unit accompanies the officers as investigations continue. 

It is yet unclear as to the current situation that has triggered such a response from Humberside Police. 

It is understood that officers are asking residents to remain in their properties. 

Furthermore, one eyewitness suggested one arrest has been made, although this information is yet to be confirmed.
