Thousands of households across the UK could be eligible to claim free supermarket vouchers – but there is just one month left to claim them!
Funds amounting to £500m have been distributed to local councils as part of the Household Support Fund to help authorities support residents struggling with essential costs.
The fund is designed to help those in need cover the cost of essentials over winter.
Each household could be eligible for vouchers worth £275 which can be spent at stores including Aldi and Sainsbury’s.
The news comes as inflation hits a 30 year high and millions of people face rising costs of living.
Eligibility criteria and deadlines vary from council to council.
Many councils across the UK have already ended their schemes, but some residents still have up to a month left to claim!
