Bespoke Cadwell Park vehicles recovered
Two bespoke vehicles have been recovered after they were stolen from Cadwell Park in January, Lincolnshire Police have announced.
The vehicles – a BMW X5 and aM240i – are valued at around £100,000.
Both are used to support race track events, and were taken on January 26.
Three men aged 30, 34 and 50 were arrested in February following the recovery of the X5 medical car.
The M240i, which is used as a safety car at Cadwell Park, remained missing, but has now been found.

In response to the incident, one local tweeted:
“How on earth are you going to out and ring a safety car? Can you not ask the villains to nick something less conspicuous like a double decker or a jumbo jet?”
“Special vehicles returned to their owner. Without damage hopefully. Another successful enquiry, no doubt a lot of work involved,” added another.
Police have now released all three suspects under investigation while inquiries continue.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Lincolnshire Police by calling 101 quoting the reference 5 of 26th January 2021.
