Dewey Group have an exciting opportunity with our UK leading Piling & Ground Engineering Contractor. The client is looking to recruit a Design Engineer responsible for the design of piled foundations and earth retaining structures.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the design of piled foundations, earth retaining structures (piled types), interpretation, and logging of site investigation data in addition to providing geotechnical support to the operational and site teams. In addition, candidates will be required to represent the company at site meetings, visit sites, and prepare tenders.
The Client:
A top 10 UK Piling contractor with an outstanding reputation of delivering multidisciplinary foundation solutions.
About you:
The successful candidate will have good communication and negotiation skills in order to effectively communicate the companyƒ??s products and services to ensure that all site works are carried out to the exact specification in terms of design, cost, and efficiency.
Whilst preferred but not essential, you are likely to have a Degree in either; Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or Geotechnical Engineering.
