We have a customer care / service vacancy and are looking for the perfect person to fill it for us. The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business, also dealing with internal and the extrenal customer querier and complaints.
Some of the other duties within this customer care role include –
* Managing high volume incoming telephone calls and queries
* Providing first class customer service
* Making sure customers are provided with all information they require to ensure a high first time resolution rate
* Entering Customer Orders
* Interacting with all company departments
* Updating and checking customer orders
* Ensure all data entry of customer records are updated accurately and promptly
* Organising customer returns
* Articulate with excellent personal communication skills – both written and verbal
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
You will be aparrt of an experienced customer service team dealing with internal and external customer queries and complaints which are received by telephone, email and fax.
The role on offer is extremely varied and you must be able to multi-task, be pro-active and ensure full customer satisfaction is achieved at the end of every completed query/complaint.

Within this perm role the days you will be working will be Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7.00am ?? 7.00pm, 37.50 hours per week within this day frame. On a salary starting of ¶16,000 – ¶18,000, highering after probation period has ended.
