THE ROLE
This is a position for an experienced Settlement Agreements Lawyer
The work include;
Organising the administrative process of settlement agreements from on-boarding to finalisation.
Production of stock transfer forms and Companies House filings
Production of bundles for court hearings and corporate transactions support.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have previous experience of working as a Settlement Agreements Lawyer
You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with excellent technical and organisational skills
seeking a career move to a well regarded firm offering a good work/life balance, a competitive salary
and generous benefits package.
