New opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join this forward thinking firm in Norwich.
Our client is a financially stable, supportive and progressive firm with a successful and growing corporate and commercial team.
Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint a senior associate with a minimum of 4 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a corporate lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the region from another centre or London.
With at least 3-4 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have good technical skills and a track record of working on transactions around business acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, MBOS/MBIs and general corporate finance advice. You’ll be encouraged to build strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients and help to drive growth as you work under the auspices of a well liked partner.
