More about your role

You will join our busy lettings team. In your new role as a lettings administrator you will prepare all documentation required in order for a tenancy to commence and be legally binding. This also includes ensuring the gas safety record is compliant at the start of all tenancies.

You will work closely with the internal and external teams at Touchstone made up of tenants, contractors and landlords building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

You will be working Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and 9am – 5pm on a Friday.

Please note: This role is fixed term until May 2021.

More about you

To be considered for this role you will have experience working within a contracts/negotiation setting. Holding an industry recognised qualification such as the NFOPP Technical Award, ARLA Level 1 or prepared to work towards these would be highly beneficial.

This is a busy and productive team therefore you should have experience processing a high volume of work as well as working independently. You will have a solid customer service background and enjoy influencing individuals in a positive way. Building strong relationships is essential to this post.
