This Croydon located 11-18 co-educational have a maternity cover position within the Art & Photography department come January and are interested in hearing from qualified and passionate Art & Photography Teachers who are keen to join a vibrant school which has a positive supportive environment.
The school which was graded as a “Good” following its most recent Ofsted inspection only a few months ago boasts an excellent community spirit and prides itself on developing students to maximise their potential across all year groups.
The Art & Photography department is made up of 2 Art & Photography teachers and you will be working within a fantastic and creative team. You will have access to a wide range of resources as will be made to very welcome from day one.

To be considered for this position you will need a related Art & Photography degree and be able to demonstrate the skills necessary to be a confident practitioner within the classrooms. The school are excited to hear from talented and passionate Art & Photography teachers who can create diverse and exciting lessons that will engage students across the key stages.
There are around 1200 students on role and the school catchment area is the Croydon/Bromley boarders. As the school has a 6th form the Art & Photography department is happy to commit making sure the timetable does include A-level classes for those who express an interest in teaching at post 16 level.
