We are seeking to appoint threeenergetic and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our amazing team ASAP!

- You are passionate about workingwith children and have previous experience of working on a 1:1 basis withpupils with SEN

- You have the enthusiasm needed toenhance the children’s learning experiences
- You are able to adapt teachingand learning plans provided by the teacher.
- You possess a minimum of GCSEgrade C/4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Mathematics (orequivalent).

Your main responsibilities willinclude:
- Supporting a pupil on 1:1 basisand leading small groups in accessing learning and achieving the lessonintention all areas of the curriculum.
- Leading 1:1 and small groupintervention programmes.
- Feeding back to the SENCo and classteacher as well as keeping records of progress and achievement.
- Ensuring children have adequateresources and provision support learning.
- Working with children to supportany social, emotional, or medical needs.
