Your new school
Hays Education are working exclusively with a primary school in North Derbyshire that are looking to recruit a Specialist Teaching Assistant. This school is rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted and has a great reputation in the local area, the senior leadership is outstanding and pupils at this school make good progress.
Your new role
You will be working as a teaching assistant on a full time basis. In the mornings you will be working as a general teaching assistant in a year 3 class, in the afternoons you will be working in small groups with children with ASD and dyslexia.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must be a qualified teaching assistant to apply. The school are welcoming applications from NQT’s that are looking to gain further experience in schools. You must have been working in schools within the last 12 months. The school are looking for people with experience of working with children with SEND. You need to be able to hit the ground running and work effectively in a team.
