Fantastic opportunities have arisen for self-employed owner drivers to join Full On Ltd delivering out of our Northampton, Luton & Banbury delivery stations, In return, we offer a weekly pay structure, £124.50 – £160.25 per day dependant to vehicle size, a fuel allowance, and a daily performance bonus. Additional work also readily available to increase your earning potential.
No experience required as full training is provided. Routes are planned for 9 hrs per day. The role will include some weekend work.

What we are offering:
- Daily Rate £124.50 – £160.25 plus fuel allowance plus daily bonus of up to £24.00 based on performance

- Mobile device during worktime in order to stay connected and provide advanced technology to navigate your routes efficiently and get delivery instructions from customers
- Packages are presorted for your van loading
- Daily interaction with customers
Responsibilities:
- Load vans and deliver packages, by driving, stepping in and out of the vehicle safely
- Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records (smart phone)
- Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude
Requirements:
- The ability to be able to use the stairs to deliver packages
- Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23 kgs.)
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test and basic criminal background check
- Hold a valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
Approximate working hours per day are 9-10
