Would you like to be part of an innovative,outward looking school team?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivatedforest school teacher to join our federation and become an integral part of ourjourney to outstanding. The successful candidate would join out outdoorlearning team working two days a week in the school’s forest.

Seal Church of England Primary School is a growingvillage school in delightful rural surroundings, close to Sevenoaks. Sealfederated with Four Elms Primary School in 2018 creating The InspireFederation.

Our Federation’s Inspire Curriculum is based onfour core beliefs that we share about learning and education: academicexcellence, metacognition (learning to learn), character education andpersonalisation.

We run a successful Forest School and thisSeptember we opened our School Farm. We are passionate about outdoor learningand all pupils up to and including year 5 receive a weekly morning or afternoonforest school sessions.

We value everyone’s skills and strengths and arefully inclusive. We are very proud to have recently received our Gold Unicef UKRights Respecting Schools Award.

There is strong staff team who are forward lookingand highly motivated.
