Man remains in custody for being equipped for a burglary.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged with going equipped for burglary.
On Sunday 21 June at 9.45pm, Humberside Police patrols spotted a suspicious looking man heading towards a retail park in Grimsby with what appeared to be a 2ft crowbar.
Kye Southwell of no fixed abode, was arrested and has been charged with going equipped for burglary.
He remained in custody and appeared in court earlier today. Where he has been further remanded into custody.
The 29-year-old man allegedly had a brick, torch, metal file and drill in his possession.
