Three people have been arrested in relation to the murder of a Doncaster woman who died after a violent attack.

Michelle Morris, 52, suffered a head injury during a disturbance at a property.

At around 3.05pm on Sunday 24 May, police were called to a property on Ramskir View, Stainforth, following reports of a disturbance.

Ms Morris was found to have suffered head injuries during the attack.

She was taken to hospital for treatment but could not be saved and died of her injuries three days later.

A post mortem examination concluded that the cause of death was a head injury.

Three people were arrested on suspicion of assault at the scene. They were later released under investigation.

Last night, all three were re-arrested on suspicion of murder.

The two men, aged 47 and 33, and a 24-year-old woman have since been released on bail.
