Woman is seriously injured in Doncaster traffic collision
South Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses to a traffic collision in Doncaster, after a woman was left seriously injured.
The incident occurred on Sunday 31 May on Great North Road.
Officers are seeking witness statements and dashcam footage from anybody who may have been in the area at the time.
It is reported that at 2.30pm on Sunday, a silver Ford Kuga and a silver Vauxhall Corsa were involved in a collision on the A638 Great North Road, at the junction with Hurst Lane.
Both vehicles are understood to have been travelling towards Bawtry.
The collision caused the Corsa to overturn, and the front-seat passenger, a 19-year-old woman, was taken to hospital with serious injuries where she remains in a stable condition.
South Yorkshire Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision, especially those motorists who have useful dashcam footage.
