My client based in Hull is looking for a Administrator/ Retail Assistant to join their team.
The role will be working for a SME business, therefore duties will span across various roles.
Initially, successful candidates will carry out all clerical duties in the office including, answering telephones, data entry, filing paperwork etc.
The role will advance to managing the on-site trade counter, liaising with customers and taking orders. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to move some product weighing up to 15kg. During peak times, you may be expected to help out in other areas of the business including working with basic hand and power tools.
It would be preferable if applicants had experience in retail, but not essential.
Candidates should be competent with Maths and English and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, on the job training will be provided.
The hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-4pm. Wage meets NMW. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
