By A 22-year-old male has been prosecuted for possession of an explosive substance for an illegal reason following a bomb scare in Anzio Road, Devizes on Wednesday.
Kubilay Bostanli who lives in Anzio Road, has been also been charged with being in possession of a knife blade in public and class B drugs. He has also been accused of harassment without violence as well.
Bostanli will appear at Swindon Magistrates Court today but has currently been remanded in custody.
This follows a bomb scare in the town of Devizes on Wednesday 23rd October, where people were evacuated from their homes around 12;30pm and were forbidden to go back until later that evening.
