A new study has found that the majority of British children have already said their first swear word by the age of four.

Many parents think that rude TV shows are to blame. One parent was horrified when her son repeated some swear words. He had learned it from another pupil at school. She told us she often hears children use foul language to their parents who don’t bat an eyelid.

Some people find swearing completely unacceptable for any reason. But others find it totally acceptable and swear like troopers.
