By A man has been charged with numerous offences in connection with a collision at the junction of Littlefield Lane and Dudley Street, Grimsby at around 2am on Wednesday 5 June.
Karlis Jekabsons (21) of Cabourne Road, Grimsby has been charged with theft of a car, causing serious injury by driving, driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving whilst disqualified.
He is due to appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court this morning.
An 18-year-old man also arrested in connection with the collision has been bailed whilst enquiries continue.
