A man has been charged with robbery after a woman allegedly had a sentimental necklace stolen from around her neck in a supermarket car park in Grimsby.
It happened in the Aldi car park on Cleethorpe Road around 3pm on Saturday 18 May. The 53-year-old victim suffered minor injuries.
Humberside Police appealed for information to try and find the suspect, and as a direct result of that they made an arrest.
The man, 27-year-old Ross Hollington from Cleethorpe Road in Grimsby, has now been charged with robbery and has already appeared in court.
The necklace, which is described as a silver charm necklace with four discs inscribed with the names of children and two other charms, has not yet been found.
