Update: Man in his 70s dies following Grimsby collision

A pedestrian in his 70s who was involved in a collision with a car on a service road off Wingate Road in Grimsby at the weekend has sadly died in hospital.
The incident which involved a red Suzuki Swift car happened around 11.40pm on Saturday 28 December.
The man became trapped underneath the car and was freed by Humberside Fire and Rescue service and taken to hospital. He sadly passed away this morning Monday 30 December.
His family are aware and are being supported by officers. We are not in a position to release his name at this time.
