Pair taken to hospital after motorcycle collision in Grimsby
Two individuals are understood to have been taken to hospital after becoming unseated from a motorcycle at the Pyewipe roundabout in Grimsby.
The incident happened at around 11.55 am today, Friday, July 1. Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision at the roundabout, where two people fell off the motorcycle they were on and suffered injuries. Officers were advising motorists to avoid the area.
Anyone with information about the incident, or possesses dashcam footage in the area, should call Humberside Police on 101 quoting log 218 of 1 July.
A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “Officers attended reports of a road traffic collision at the Pyewipe roundabout in Grimsby at around 11:55 am today (Friday 1 July).
“It was reported that two people had become unseated from a motorcycle. Both have been taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
“Motorists are advised to avoid the area whilst emergency services carry out their duties.
