By GTFC announce fourth fixture during pre-season campaign
Grimsby Town have announced their fourth fixture during their upcoming pre-season campaign.
Paul Hurst’s Mighty Mariners will now host Lincoln City and travel to Clee Town, North Ferriby, and Alfreton Town, their recent addition to the list.
Town will travel to the Impact Arena on Saturday 16 July, where The Reds placed 9th in the Nation League North this year.
The kick-off time is still yet to be confirmed.
The Black and White Army’s pre-season campaign will begin with a short trip to the myenergi Stadium on 9 July, for their annual friendly fixture against Cleethorpes Town.
Then, the Mariners will face Alfreton Town on 16 July, before hosting Lincoln City at Blundell Park on 19 July. Finally, Town will travel to the Dransfield Stadium on 20 July for their game against North Ferriby!
Next month will be a welcome return to football for Town fans following their promotion winning season in the National League.
Before the Mariners embark on their pre-season campaign, the Sky Bet fixtures will be released next week (Thursday 23 June), a notion that will further excite Grimsby supporters as they await their highly anticipated return to the EFL!
