Grimsby Town announce new online club shop! 

Grimsby Town Football Club have announced a new online club shop. 

Mariners Direct, the new online storefront for Grimsby Town merchandise, has been announced via social media. 

The new website will aim to improve the club’s supporters’ e-commerce experience. 

In a post to their social media audience, the club stated that one of the most “notable requests” from Grimsby fans was to improve the e-commerce side of the business. 

Debbie Cook, Chief Executie, said: 

“We understood that our fans wanted a new and improved online club shop, so over the last 12 months we’ve worked with one of the most established football e-commerce specialists to produce a website which we believe you’ll all enjoy using” 

“It has a much-improved interface, is mobile-friendly, the ability for us to create promotional codes and many other features”, she added. 

“To celebrate the new site, we’re also launching an up to 40% off sale so you can pick up some GTFC bargains ahead of our push for the play-offs. I apologise that the launch of this site has taken longer than anticipated due to behind the scenes technical issues, but I hope it’s worth the wait!” 

The club added that they have now teamed up with Medoc Computers, who work with clubs such as Chelsea, Leeds United and Burnley, to provide the best online shopping experience to fellow Mariners. 

Managing Director of Medoc Computers, Lyn Done, said: 

“Medoc is delighted to be associated with Grimsby Town FC, implementing their merchandising system and a fabulous new web site. The team have worked closely with the club over the last 12 months to develop a site which is easy to use, full of features, and looks great!” 

“Medoc was established in the 1980’s and have specialised in sports retail, with the latest version of zTSM Merchandising, together with ePOS tills and eCommerce software now implemented at over 30 football, rugby, cricket and other sports venues and events, from the very largest to the smallest Club across the UK and Europe”, they added. 

Grimsby Town further announced that supporters will be able to enjoy an exciting sale of up to 40% off this season’s stock! 

Additionally, fans who sign up for the clubs newsletter will receive 10% off their first order. 

Season Ticket holders will also be treated to a 10% discount by using their Membership Number on future orders, which will come into play within the coming weeks.
