Doctors surgery receive donations from local supermarket

Jack’s Supermarket has generously donated supplies to The Roxton Practice Group as a thank you for their incredible work during the pandemic giving out vaccines.

The store on Kennedy Way in Immingham kindly donated plenty of toiletries, body care items and some sweet treats too to the hard working staff.

The Roxton Practice Group is a local doctors surgery based at the Pilgrim Primary Care Centre, Pelham Rd.

Sally Kelly, Executive Support Officer from The Roxton Practice, said:

“The Roxton Practice staff and Open Door would like to thank Jack’s for the toiletries that have been donated.

“Open Door looks after the most vulnerable and these will be given to these individuals and will also be taken out on our outreach for the most vulnerable.

“These are very much appreciated.”

Dave Peck, Store Manager of Jack’s Immingham added:

“Everyone at Jack’s is always looking for new ways to give back to the local community.

“The Roxton Practice Group and Open Door have been working so hard throughout the pandemic and we’re very happy to help in any way we can.”
